Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes - I can ship to any country within the EU. If you are outside the UK, once you have decided what you want to purchase, email us at info@sheabliss.co.uk or via the Contact Us form, and we'll calculate postage costs for you. Due to the nature of the products, we would recommend Airmail.
Q: How much will postage cost?
All items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class postage for packages up to 1kg in weight or Standard Parcels for heavier items, with increased compensation to cover against loss. Note: I only charge you cost price for packaging to help keep postage costs down.
The Postage & Packaging rates for the UK are as follows:

We will also ship via Special Delivery, Courier and other methods upon request. A separate quote and invoice will be sent to you for the correct amount.
Q: How long will delivery take?
It depends whether the item you have ordered is in stock, or whether we have to make it for you. We like to keep our products as fresh as possible, so make to order. If the item that you order needs to be made, we will notify you by e-mail. Please allow 4 days for your order to be made up.
Royal Mail attempt to deliver all 1st Class mail the next working day, including Saturdays, and standard parcels by the 3rd working day.
